Many would argue that baklava is a Turkish or Greek dessert, and they might be right, however the Bulgarian recipe for baklava is probably the best of them all, because it soft and not so sweet. Made with filo dough sheets, walnuts, and as syrop with lemon, our baklava is to die for.
