Spearmint (Djodjen), 50 g

Spearmint has a pleasant smell and slightly peppery flavor. They are used in soups, broths and stews of beans grown in preparing vegetables, canned, pureed spinach and others. Due to its specific, and it stronger flavor, mint should be closely combined with other spices. Used fresh or dried mint to spice up many Bulgarian dishes.
